No.

You can see it from the debug log of pcsc-lite.

I think you should uninstall libccid first. Actually, pcsc-lite will
load either libccid or libacsccid. It depends on how the system
returns the order of bundle directories.

OpenSC used PC/SC 2.0 Part 10 - GET_FEAURE_REQUEST -
SCARD_CTL_CODE(3400) to get the supported features of the reader.
These two readers support VERIFY_PIN_DIRECT and MODIFY_PIN_DIRECT.
