I'll have to delegate to one of the Muse 1.x developers for whether multiple WARs are possible. Perhaps there is a workaround for the JNDI configuration that would allow you to redeploy the same app with very similar configuration. How far into your project are you? What level of support (QoS) is expected of the project right now? Muse 2.0 runs on Axis2 and supports hot deploy/undeploy of multiple services without requiring multiple WAR files (you can still use multiple WARs if you want, but you'd be duplicating a lot of JARs). Unfortunately, we are still two months or so from a release, so I can't suggest you use this for production code right now. If you're in PoC/early dev mode, we'd be glad to help you out (in exchange for you reporting any bugs :) ).
