#4 could also be done like this:

1. Put your five operations in the same namespace.

2. Run wsdl2java. It will create one class with the five methods.

3. Add the following code to the initializeCompleted() method to add any 
other capability URIs represented by this class:


public void initializeCompleted()
{
        super.initializeCompleted();

        ManageabilityCharacteristics mc = 
getResource().getCapability(MuwsConstants.CHARACTERISTICS_URI);
        mc.addManageabilityCapability("URI #2");
        mc.addManageabilityCapability("URI #3");
        // etc.
}
