I made a Python script for James' polynomial (binomial, Eulers) (sample
output is at the bottom of the script). It did take a few hours though,
and it's pretty-much unreadable. I should revisit SymPy.

anyway, i haven't quite groked Charles Z's thing quite yet.
Me neither -- I need to think about how this maps to the interpolation
coefficients.
