As Salaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barkatuh!

Al-Quran
170.When it is said to them: Follow what Allah has sent down. They say:
Nay! We shall follow what we found our fathers following. (Would they do
that!) even though their fathers did not understand anything nor were they
guided?
171. And the example of those who disbelieve is as that of him who shouts to
those (flock of sheep) that hears nothing but calls and cries. (They are) deaf,
dumb and blind. So they do not understand.
(Surah: Al-Baqarah (02); Ayah # 170~171)
Hadith
A man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about the Hour (i.e. Day of
Judgment) saying, When will the Hour be? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,
What have you prepared for it? The man said, Nothing, except that I love
Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him)
said, You will be with those whom you love. After coming in the fold of Islam
we had never been as glad as we were on hearing that saying of the Prophet
(peace be upon him)
