As Salamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barkatuh!

Al Quran
And those of you who die and leave behind wives should
bequeath for their wives a years maintenance and residence without
turning them out, but if they (wives) leave, there is no sin on you for that
which they do of themselves, provided it is honorable (e.g. lawful marriage).And
Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Hadith
Hadhrat
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that
Prophet (peace be upon him) was
asked:
Which deed of human beings will be the reason to lead to
Paradise ?
Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
Fear of Allah
and good character.
And was asked:
Which things will be reason to lead to Hell
the utmost?
Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
The mouth and the private part.
