Dear MusiXTeXer,
some time ago Ronald Gelten remarked that not including musixsty.tex in the fmt file
solved his page number problem.
It also solved my terrible problems with pmx - ridiculous page breaks, vertical spacing
problems,...
Could the gurus pls. enlighten me.
