In fact, my first "client" would be a Belgian composer and a member of the sabam :) The big point I would be able to clear up (for me, the editor, the composer and for the user) is that: the music will not be released under an open-source type license but the edition (and just the edition) will. The user will be allowed to modify/share/distribute the support but not the artwork... does it seems absurd ? I am not good enough at laws to understand the subtilities of the small letters printed at the bottom of the CC 3.0. Nor to understand the consequences for the legal claimant.
