This would be my fault. Whenever I see an e-mail about one of the ly's I've submitted I'm never in a good position to work on it (usually at the office) and then I forget about it later. Not sure how those errors got in there, It was 5 years ago that I submitted them but I swear I quadruple-checked everything note-by-note, symbol-by-symbol against the source material. Either it was wrong or I was high. Oh well! Thanks for catching it.
