The same problem occurs with a reply, when there's a Reply-To header.
1. Do a <reply>.
2. Mutt asks whether one wants to reply to the Reply-To address. Answer
yes.
3. Mutt displays the "To:" prompt. Type Ctrl-G to cancel.
Then the prompt displayed in (2) reappears.
