New description:

 1. Open a non-empty mailbox.[[BR]]
 2. Set $mime_forward to ask-yes.[[BR]]
 3. View the attachments of some message (the list consists of the body at
 least) with <view-attachments> (v).[[BR]]
 4. Forward the message with <forward-message> (f).[[BR]]
 5. To "Forward as attachments? ([yes]/no):", answer yes.[[BR]]
 6. To "To: ", type [Enter].

This cancels the forward, but instead of getting a blank command line, the
prompt "Forward as attachments? ([yes]/no):" reappears.

This occurs with my patched version of Mutt (trunk).

Comment (by me):

This is caused by the change to mutt_yesorno() to use mutt_message() in
 #3352
