#3714: Mutt send: 'Y' instead of 'y'

First of all, I totally understand that there may be a lot inertia against
this proposed change -- after all, 'y' has been for the 'send' action ever
 since... mutt's inception, I surmise.

Nevertheless, it should, IMHO, be changed, and the reason is that, as Jeff
Atwood would put it, the eject button is too easy to click by mistake (1):

«I can tell what you're thinking. Did he click Send or Save Now [in
Gmail]? Well, to tell you the truth, in all the excitement of composing
that angry email, I kind of lost track myself. Good thing we can easily
undo a sent mail! Oh wait, we totally can't. Consider my seat, or at least
 that particular rash email, ejected.»

The good news is that this is the easiest patch ever: vim functions.h
+338, change, re-compile, re-install, and done. I've been testing this,
and it seems to do what it's suppose to do: prevent sending emails by
 "mis-click".
