An email I forwarded using 'mutt' was unexpectedly truncated mid-body.

By replacing /usr/sbin/sendmail, I observed that this seemed to be
happening because mutt was sending a bare fullstop. Mutt appears to do
this when both of the following are true:

    1. the mail being forwarded uses Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-
 printable
    2. the mail being forwarded has a line with a '.' at position 76

The mail is then truncated at that line; the lines after it are discarded.

  >uname -a
 Linux contorpis.corelatus.se 3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.7-2
 (2014-11-06) x86_64 GNU/Linux
 >mutt -v | head
 Mutt 1.5.23 (2014-03-12)

I have attached a mailbox with a minimal message which exibits this
 problem.
