I suppose that you didn't modify the right .muttrc file. After the `set
sendmail=...`, I suggest that you put a command that doesn't exist, e.g.
{{{
set sendmail='/foo/bar/baz'
foo
}}}
to see whether you get an error when starting Mutt. If you don't, then the
file isn't read.
