imap_fix_path() actually removes trailing delimiters from mbox. So the
first "if" path is always true. What's not necessarily the case is that
strlen(mbox) > 0 afterwards.
I'm attaching an initial patch. I just need to test and clean it up a bit
more, and I'll push it tomorrow.
