#3799: mutt -H <file> should modify the draft <file>, not create a copy

When called with a draft file (option {{{-H}}}), Mutt makes a copy of the
draft and edits the copy. If the mail is not sent, the changes are lost!
In particular, this is what happens under Debian when using reportbug and
the {{{--draftpath}}} option to save the draft when the bug has not been
reported: one gets an empty file.
