Back at my computer this morning. Just tried the "set
imap_pipeline_depth=0" and I connected to Apple's servers. Yes, this
server is at Apple. I removed the pipeline setting and now mutt is hanging
again. I'll post the two logs and a diff in a few minutes. Since I'm using
"ports" I don't know if I can reinstall 1.5.24 and since I'm on a Mac I
don't have the standard (to me) strace(1) command.
