I sent a patch because I knew that Kevin didn't have the time and energy
to make new changes, and I thought patches might still be accepted, but
of course assessing received patches still requires time and effort.

A group of people to do that would be great. Is there a pool of major
contributors that would be willing? It looks like most commits in the
last two years are Kevin's. Many others are translation-related. Other
than those, most names appear once or twice other than Remco Rijnders,
Vincent Lefevre, Maxim Tarasov, William Yardley and Aitor Soroa. Sorry
if I've read the commit logs badly.

cheers,
