If you can make a useful search to retrieve such issues, you can
usually can them and lay them down as a gitlab.com link somewhere.
Feature requests that noone currently wants to work on, free for
anyone to take:
https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/-/issues?state=closed&label_name%5B%5D=enhancement
But I don't see any setting that adds that to the gitlab interface? It
wouldn've been lovely to have that on
https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/-/issues IMO.
I am not aware of customized Issue pages or something beyond putting
those as links into README.md, or maybe you can try to use "Issue
Boards" but I don't think you can customize
https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/-/issues
I haven't toyed much with "Issue Boards" and how flexible they are
especially in the non-paying settings of Gitlab.
