I'm not getting notifications for newly open PRs and Issues. I don't know if I can enable it somehow, but I checked a week ago, and I'm supposedly subscribed to "All Activity (Notified of all notifications on this repository.)" For some reason, github has a weird interpretation of "all". Have a lovely night!
