btw, it occurs to me that mutt's file copy ("C") and message
attachment ("A" + "t") on a for example maildir mailbox with
a file that contains an unquoted ^From_ line does neither perform
reencoding nor ^From_ quoting. It adds Content-Length header
field. And if it has saved to MBOX, it cannot correctly open that
MBOX file itself. (Unless the Content-Length header field exists,
and is correct -- however it verifies this. Only saying, ok.)
