THE MIME STANDARDS ARE AN ON-THE-WIRE MESSAGE FORMAT FOR TRANSFERING
NON-ASCII NON-BODY CONTENT IN EMAIL MESSAGES.  THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO
WITH ON-DISK MAIL STORE FORMATS.
