Okay. Thanks for chiming in Jim and Claus.There is a conflict in the documentation though. "Editing Input Fields" at http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/#editing lists <delete> as a forward delete (and has done so since the initial revision). The table at http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/#editor-map is generated directly from the actual keybinding, and lists it as a backwards delete.
