No, not at all; it's just a file that ought to gzip well (thus ensuring a
binary file that should be base64 encoded) and ought to be small for the
sake of the mailing list (which I figure to be a good target because then
we'll all see it and others might have the answer).  You can send me
anything you want; bandwidth is pretty easy for me.

Well, the file contents might be pointless, but how it's attached would
be of interest.  Or do you mean that mutt flat-out refuses to send the
message at all?
