Decided to try to use the mutt pop3 client, but it doesn't seem that the
automatic periodic checkings are working for me.
My .muttrc is pretty lean, containing:
set pop_checkinterval=10
set pop_delete=yes
set pop_host=pop://username:password@host
(Of course, the values in pop_host have been replaced for privacy ;)
The checkinterval is only 10 for testing purposes. Of course, REALLY using
a 10 second interval would be very net.unfriendly (tm)
Am I doing something outrageously wrong here, or is there a bug?
For reference, I'm using the latest version of mutt in Debian unstable,
namely 1.3.18
