I'm guessing that "needsterminal" is some mailcap test like RunningX,
but what worked for me was to use
text/html; lynx -dump -force_html %s; copiousoutput
If I used -force_html without -dump, mutt would wait for lynx to exit
- after exiting I saw the usual lynx menu and various garbage.
