Right, but I'm wondering if the "sslcertpath /etc/ssl/certs/" line is
even needed; that directory should just be the default, so you should be
able to just leave off the line entirely.
(Not that it's really a big deal -- but having that line could cause
confusing/trouble if, say, the system directory gets moved to another
location in some future version of OpenSSL. As long as you are planning
to rely on the system-wide root certificates, it seems like you might as
well let the fetchmailrc be a "default" as possible....)
