I have edit headers set and if I make a mistake I find it quicker to edit the headers or just cancel out of edit. I really hate responding to prompts that get in the way 99% of the time to save me a little work 1% of the time. So far Mutt seems to do a pretty good job guessing the right address(es) to respond to but I don't understand why it's prompting me sometimes and not others.
