My phone is always checking gmail, sometimes chrome on my home computer,
and sometimes chrome on the same computer (work) where I have mutt, but it
was all working fine before. I'm curious why it suddenly started happening
even though I had about a month without this error.

To be clear, I get this error when I have only been using Mutt. So maybe
it has to do with gmail sorting email into various tabs? (updates, social,
inbox, etc) Gmail won't have deleted anything. And what happens is Mutt
ends up giving me this error and then I can't receive any new mail without
quitting and restarting it. Is there any way to tell mutt to "check again"?
