The idea is that the mail list and newsgroups will be replaced by the
online forum. But the online forum has bugs, so I removed everyone, added them to the mail list, and asked them to test signing up. So one day there will be 0 mail! But as I test membership management..... I need a way to tell people I removed them from the web site. hth, .V ps: http://www.basebeans.net:8080/mailman/listinfo/mvc-programmers Every email from the mail list has this url at the bottom, and you can scroll to the bottom if you want out :-( Gerry Matte wrote: Hi. As requested below, this is to advise that I would like to be authorised for interactive use of your website without subscribing to your mailing lists (at this time). It appears that I have managed to remove my userid entirely by unsubscribing from the default mailing list. Is it possible to have a userid but not subscribe to any mailing lists ? If not, do you have a mailing list that is very low volume so I can still use the website ?
