Machi, Participating in something will not come to everyone as they have to get involved & dedicated to that activity even it is of utmost worth to them.
On the other hand everybody cannot be particpant, there needs to audience also if everybodys gets involved , it would become crowded. Lets hope and consider that all the 108 members are reading our mails atleast....
