They are conducting the interviews in short notice for the short listed candidates for the following skills: Responsibilities • Handling Incidents (Resolve incidents, update customer & escalate unresolved incidents) • Perform daily checklist • Implement approved Change Requests • Patch Management • Manage Service request from customers • Backup Management • Provisioning/Implementation support for Customer projects. • Participate in UAT for service roll outs • Vendor Coordination for resolution of incidents/problems • Handle customer and technical escalation for the services • Maintain service level as per the commitments • Escalate and follow up with vendor for support issues • Assist in creation & maintenance of technical documents and Knowledge base Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering • 4 -7yrs of experience in supporting large clients in a 24/7 remote infrastructure management center. • Sound knowledge in Networking • Practical hands on experience in Network administration, implementation, and troubleshooting heterogeneous networks • Configuring and troubleshooting VLANs & Spanning tree • Configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols • Configuring ACLs in Firewalls and Routers • Configuring and administration of Load balancers • Knowledge in IPS, IDS, • Strong customer handling skills • Exposure to Remote 24/7 operations in a shift environment • Knowledge in ITIL process framework • Excellent Oral and written Communication skills • Must have exposure to ticketing system concepts and usage Certifications: • CCNA/ CCNP • ITIL foundation Kindly Let us know your willingness to take up the interview with our client and furnish us with the updated Profile.
