It also covers playing active role in leading the team based in India offices (once the headcount is approved and available), designing and improving processes and technically assessing and consulting network resources capacity. Key Responsibilities: • Minimize the adverse effect on the business of incident and problems caused by capacity related issues in the infrastructure and to proactively prevent the occurrence of such incidents and problems • Ensure the successful, timely reactive and proactive resolution or initiation of resolution of detected capacity issues, including notification and escalation of high priority issues across CIM groups • Proactive prevention of issues – trend analysis, targeting support action and communication • Ensure all relevant service teams understand and act upon existing processes or process alerts • Participate in new service offering design reviews, provide input from capacity point of view • Participate in capacity management process definition, design & maintenance • Monthly & Weekly reporting, capacity related incident review on demand • Aligns with ITIL & ISO20k compliance • Lead the capacity management team based in India • Proactively look for ways to improve workflows, processes, tools Qualifications: Education: • Master’s degree in a Networking, Computer or related field or equivalent experience of 5+ years Work Experience: • Strong production environment understanding and background • Good organizational, supervisory and communication skills • Good project management and leadership skills • Technical skills related to network technologies and network monitoring Work Requirements: • Possibility of occasional national and international travel • Must be willing to attend meetings/conferences outside normal business hours to accommodate global team schedules • 10% overtime required • 10-20% travel required Knowledge/Skills Requirements: • Customer service skills and client focus • Strong communications skills including the ability to communicate technical information in using non-technical language • Knowledge of network data transfer technologies namely MPLS and other networking knowledge is essential • Good understanding of QoS on network devices (routers, packetshapers) • Previous experience or aptitude to be successful in an administration and operations capacity • Working technical knowledge of telecommunication infrastructures • Good problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills • Preferable to have 4+ years experience in computer related industry • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress • Ability to work on several problems simultaneously • Ability to work with broad range of experience levels • Maintaining a close customer relationship throughout all supported Accenture locations. • Ability to work alone and bring results • Team player and good role model • Result oriented • Knowledge of process methodologies such as ITIL and ISO20k Kindly send your latest updated cvs with below details asap so that we process it further: Have you attended any interview with Accenture in last three months (Y/N): Full Name: Present Location: Willing to relocate Bangalore(Y/N): Present Company Name: Total IT Exp: Relevant Exp: Primary skills: Primary Role/Job at present company: which role/requirement you would like to prefer (please refer above in roles available): Any Other skills: Any certifications: Qualifications (Any Full time Diploma(10+2+3)/Graduation is required with college name): DOB: Contact No : Present Salary: Expected Salary: Total Team Size: Total Onsite Exp: Notice Period: Willing to attend Telephonic round of interview: Kindly send your cvs asap so that we process it further.
