Contribute in complex design for Layer2/ Layer3 protocol development. Should be able to do critical coding and perform code reviews, Able to debug complex critical issues, Review critical test procedures, Perform critical unit testing, integration testing and system testing. Good understanding about the IEEE standards. Understand SDLC and work as per Aricent QMS, Accountable for the quality of his / her own work, Plan his / her work to stick with the committed schedule, technically lead a small team of size of 3 to 5 engineers for design and development of an independent module. Good communication skills to be able to interact with customers during critical presales and post sale support.
