The successful candidate will be part of a team of service architects who will act as a first point of contact for all new Network operations opportunities routed into Network Operations & Services (NOS). You will develop a thorough understanding of the current NOS delivery capabilities, tools and offering deployed in the external client environment You will assess new opportunities at a high level initially, and depending on the type of request and complexity, the request will either be re-routed to an alternate team in NOS and reviewed by you, or will be managed directly by you in the case of more complex requirements. You will actively be involved in defining, and documenting standard service models and solutions with the goal of developing a number of models that can be utilised for the majority of opportunities. You will work with clients directly to understand the current client ‘run’ operational environment and help review/define the scope for the proposed service offering, ensuring the proposed offering complies with NOS capabilities and std.
