I was running mvpmc 0.3.1 with MythTV 0.20 for over a month and was able to watch recordings, view the upcoming recording schedule, etc. My Myth box used to have just 1 tuner, a PVR-150 analog tuner. Over the weekend, I added a pcHDTV HD-5500 tuner to the Myth box and configured it as tuner #2. This required me to recompile MythTV to get DVB support. The pcHDTV card is set up only on the digital side (analog on the pcHDTV card is not configured) to receive unencrypted feeds of my local OTA stations from my cable company. So some stations in my line-up are duplicated between the two tuners. I assigned the same channel number, callsign, description, and XML ID to these duplicated channels. Everything works great on the native MythTV frontend.
On my MVP, though, I can no longer watch recordings. When I select 'Watch Recordings' I get a message that the connection with my MythTV server was lost. Then the 'Watch Recordings' menu displays an empty list. Things look normal on the backend log. mvpmc relevant information is below. I'm guessing that MVPMC is choking on something introduced by the second tuner. Perhaps it doesn't like that fact that more than one entry in the database was recorded at the same time? Any ideas? My MVP is pretty much useless at the moment until I get this resolved. FYI... I also tried 0.3.2 with no improvement.
