Yes with the revision H the boot changed, several people suggested alternatives on the wiki, http://mvpmc.wikispaces.com/ I like the mvpserver method myself. I think if you keep the setup you have and name your config file it the tftp folder dongle.bin.config you would be close. I don't use mythtv so I can't help you there.
