Option 1 - MVPMC already has a slimserver client feature called MClient. 
  Add the XM radio plugin to the PERL slimserver program running on your 
server and I think you would be done (I still have to figure out if the 
WMA format is something that's going to foul things up - thanks a bunch 
Micro$oft).

Option 2 - Just code up a new MVPMC client / feature.  Yea, make an XM 
satellite radio client which would be native to the MVPMC box.  I would 
think this is possible.  The up side would be that you would probably be 
able to listen to different XM stations on each instance of MVPMC.  The 
slimserver approach does not currently allow this.
