It can't.  At least not reliably.  Having two DHCP servers on the same
broadcast network both attempting to hand out addresses to any machine
that asks for one is not a stable network configuration.  Your best
bet is to disable DHCP on your router and just use your mythtv as the
DHCP server for your network.

The only ways to get two DHCP servers to coexist are to partition the
network or to use MAC address filtering so that each server knows in
advance which machines its responsible for.
