This is a little bit disappointing but not a huge setback in general. Few books are so dependent on the printing of color as this one is. Tripling the cost of the book in this case isn't a big deal since it's only a few pages long total. I am going to keep this issue in the back of my mind, because it's an option I would like to have eventually.
