Unfortunately this option is not available for the transient print technology offered by the printing company we are working with - and I don´t know of any other supporting it either. I can ask them whether they plan to offer this feature.
But I doubt that people would choose that option since color printing is expensive and book cost would increase by a factor of 3 .
