We've changed the visible occurances of "collection" to "book" in the
Collection extension as the book metaphor proved to be much graspable
than the collection metaphor. This change shouldn't introduce any
incompatiblies because Special:Collection is redirected to
Special:Book (this also works for localized links):

If you want to adjust the strings (one special use case is Wikibooks,
where the word "book" is used for information units in the wiki
itself), you can always override them by editing their system messages
(you might have to be a wiki sysop to do this), i.e. create/edit the
"page" [[MediaWiki:Coll-collection]] etc. where the page name after
the MediaWiki prefix is one of the message IDs found in
Collection.i18n.php.
