Not sure whether this is what you're after, but if you place this onto
a page, you get a "Make pdf" link:
<span class="plainlinks">[{{fullurl:Special:Book/render_article/|
arttitle={{FULLPAGENAMEE}}}} Make pdf.]</span>
In MW v.1.14, you could also say
[[Image:Some_Image.png|link={{fullurl:Special:Book/render_article/|
arttitle={{FULLPAGENAMEE}}}}]]
Below v.1.14 you'd need to use the icon extension.
