I replaced the file js/Gadget-popups.js inside the directory of the
Collection extension with the one I downloaded from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Tools/Navigation_popups
BTW, ...
1) I can't see the "Gadgets" tab under Special:Preferences page. Does
it mean that the Gadget-popups.js file is not properly installed?
2) The instruction in the link you provided tells how to enable it at
user level (either Special:Preferences, or user's monobook.js). How to
enable it at system-wide?
