I'm not sure if this works without further adjustments. Please edit  
the existing file, like I wrote in my first response:

IIRC using '/w/index.php' instead of '/wiki/' should work for a wiki  
that doesn't use "pretty URLs".

We use the same code (resp. an older version of that code), but it's  
not used as a MediaWiki gadget.

If you *use* the MediaWiki gadet, our popups will be disabled, because  
they would interfere. (cf. README.txt of the Collection extension)

I posted link to provide some background information. It was not meant  
to be used for the installation for the Collection extension. Maybe it  
was confusing to post it here, sorry.
