You have a few options:

1. Install the fonts such as with "sudo aptitude install ttf-indic-
fonts ttf-unfonts ttf-farsiweb ttf-arphic-uming ttf-gfs-artemisia ttf-
sil-ezra ttf-thai-arundina linux-libertine"
2. Comment out the relevant lines in fontconfig.py in your mwlib/rl
directory (such as /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/
mwlib.rl-0.12.4-py2.6.egg/mwlib/rl)
3. Ignore the error
