Maybe you need to restart some service (MediaWiki, Webserver)?
Are you sure you deleted the MobileDetect extension from
/www/htdocs/eierwi/extensions/ ?

Nobody will shoot you if you speak german. But your audience will be
bigger if you stick to english - and I can understand you just fine!
