I don't really know how to fix this. From the perspective of the mwlib
software the response to an API request is returned in a faulty format:
the request asks for a json response but gets plain text mixed with
json. This is where the mwlib software gives up. I don't know how you
should proceed...

Maybe you need to restart some service (MediaWiki, Webserver)?
Are you sure you deleted the MobileDetect extension from
/www/htdocs/eierwi/extensions/ ?
