Anyone encountered an issue in which you click on "Add this page to your book" and nothing happens?
If I Ctrl/click on the "Add this page to your book" link and it opens a new tab the page is added to the book. It just does not work if I only click on the link. I changed to a default theme figuring that the Vector theme was not working as it should. However, no matter what skin I choose it just will not add the page to the book unless I click and open a new tab or window. I'm obviously missing something obvious here.
