I'm only using the latest beta - but I've setup the Task Notes in the
Properties tab, to be visible on the top (I just discovered these are
movable!). However the Scroll wheel does not work when the Task Notes
section is visible... If I switch to the full task note tab - then the
scroll wheel works perfectly. Bug or feature request?
